When will your order be delivered?

We usually ship selected filters within 1-2 business days. If we do not have the recuperator filters in stock, shipping the filters may take up to 10-13 business days.

How do I pick up a parcel from a parcel machine?

  1. After receiving the notification via SMS or email, go to the specified parcel machine.
  2. Enter the redemption code sent to you via SMS or email.
  3. If it is a parcel that you purchased in an e-shop and the screen asks you to pay for it, you can do this with your bank card, at the payment terminal under the screen. You can pay with any payment card.
  4. Pick up the parcel from the parcel terminal.
  5. Important! Close the door and confirm on the screen that you have received the package.
  6. If you would like to receive a receipt, select print receipt on the screen.
